While we are putting out esthetician and spa marketing content to attract clients we can also strategically enforce the mindset we want our soon-to-be clients to hold. I know a common concern for many Estheticians is to get their clients on a treatment plan. That's the best way they'll see results with their skin, but it involves them being consistent and coming back.
While your client's experience in the treatment room will play a large role in their desire to return, your online messaging can also help to sway their opinion of treatment plans too.
You paint the picture of what is normal. A treatment plan is normal which means it should be referenced in your content often as almost a no-brainer or "obvious" choice.
How can you alter your messaging to focus more on treatment plans as a no-brainer?

👉 When referencing a client make sure to mention that they are here for their monthly treatment or that they are seeing such great results now that they are 3 visits into their custom treatment plan.
👉 Share client testimonials that mention their treatment plan or re-occurring visits.
👉 When talking about your clients transformation in your Reels or Insta stories make sure to always mention a treatment plan.
